What Jena4 Maintains

Jena4 keeps an important decision connected to the conditions that made it reasonable, even as those conditions change.

The operational problem

The decision was reasonable. The world around it moved.

A release was authorized, an AI agent was permitted to act, or a policy exception was accepted because specific conditions were true at that moment. Later, an approval expires, a required control changes, or an operating condition no longer holds. The original decision can keep circulating even though its basis has changed.

What becomes maintainable

A conclusion that stays attached to its reasons.

01Name the conclusion

State the operational decision your organization needs to keep relying on.

02Make its basis explicit

Identify the conditions that must remain true for that reliance to be reasonable.

03Keep change visible

A relevant change becomes visible before the old decision keeps circulating as though it were still current.

The people responsible for the decision keep their authority. Jena4 gives them a maintained view of whether the basis they relied on is still present.

An important boundary

Adding a conclusion does not make it justified.

Adding a conclusion to Jena4 does not make it true or approved. It starts without support and changes only when the conditions your organization defined support a different result.
