How Jena4 Handles Your Information

Pathion operates Jena4. The service handles the information needed to run your account, maintain your organization’s governed decisions, protect the service, and support approved connections.

Before a critical workflow is connected

Your team should know what information a service needs before that information becomes part of daily operations.

Imagine an operations team preparing to use Jena4 for a release decision. The team needs to understand which account details, decision information, activity records, and connection settings Jena4 will handle—and which sensitive personal information does not belong there unless the organization has determined it is appropriate and lawful.

What Jena4 handles

The service uses several distinct kinds of information for distinct purposes.

  • Account and team information

Email addresses, organization and workspace names, roles, invitations, and sign-in information support access and team administration.

  • Your organization’s governed content

The conclusions, supporting information, explanations, sources, and other material your organization supplies allow Jena4 to maintain and explain the decisions it relies on.

  • Activity, audit, and service-security records

These records help preserve accountability, protect the service, investigate problems, and show what happened.

  • Connection and billing information

Jena4 handles approved integration settings and related delivery results. If paid billing is enabled, it may also retain the identifiers needed to operate the subscription without storing full payment-card details.

How the information is used

Pathion uses information to operate, secure, support, and explain Jena4.

That includes authenticating people, operating organizations and workspaces, maintaining governed decisions, supporting customer-configured connections, troubleshooting the service, enforcing service boundaries, and communicating about the product. Jena4 does not currently sell personal information or use customer information for targeted advertising.

Where information may go

Jena4 relies on service providers, and the maintained Privacy Notice is the current source.

The providers supporting authentication, hosting, email delivery, security checks, and any enabled payment processing can change as the service evolves. Review the current Jena4 Privacy Notice for the maintained list and the purposes those providers support.

Retention and history

A visible history window is not a deletion schedule.

RetentionVaries by record and purpose

Different records may be kept for operating, securing, and documenting the service. Jena4 does not claim one universal retention period for every record.

Plan historyControls visibility, not deletion

A plan may limit how much history is visible without meaning that older product or audit records were deleted.
